Who Is Responsible

Water

  • Reynolds Utilities is responsible for the Water Mainline up to the Curb Box, and the Water Meter located inside the residence.
  • The homeowner is responsible for the Service Line from the Curb Box into the Water Meter and all water lines and valves inside the residence.

Sewer

  • Reynolds Utilities is also responsible for the Sewer Mainline
  • The homeowner is responsible for the Sewer Lateral
